In connection with our production of As You Like It in the Joan and Robert Rechnitz Theater, a 75-minute version of the play will be performed by local high school students in our Marion Huber Theater on Feb. 4-8, 2014. Adapted and directed by Jason McDowell-Green, our “little” As You Like It will be an imaginative, hand-made, text-based staging that encourages all students to get excited by Shakespeare’s language. Tickets are $10 for student matinees; $15 for public performances, and are on sale now.

Alicia Moeller (Rosalind) is delighted to return to Two River Theater after being part of the 2011 PlayBack program and the 2012-13 Metro Scholar class. Favorite credits include A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Helena), Tartuffe (Elmire) and You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Sally Brown). She was accepted as an actor into NJPAC’s Summer Youth Performance Workshop and is a two year member of NJ’s All Shore Chorus. Currently a senior at Red Bank Regional High School, she studies theater under Joe Russo. Thank you to Kate, Heidi and Jason for this amazing opportunity!
Alyssa Rogers (Duke Senior) is extremely honored to be performing in her first show at Two River Theater. Alyssa has done multiple shows with the community theater Soar Productions, iTheatrics in NYC, as well as Phoenix’s Triple Threat Summer program. Recently she has been involved with Red Bank Regional’s productions of The Little Mermaid, Little Woman, and Tartuffe. Alyssa is an 11th grader at Red Bank Regional High School where she studies drama.
Elizabeth Sayko (Oliver) is pleased to make her debut with Two River Theater. Recent/favorite roles include A Midsummer Jersey (Mustardseed) and A Shayna Maidal (Rose) with Howell High School. Elizabeth attends Howell High School and is a Junior in the FPAC (Freehold Performing Arts Academy) program, where she has studied the Meisner technique, stage combat, musical theatre, ballet, jazz, vocal lessons, and chorus for 3 years. Elizabeth, during her summer, has previously worked with the children’s theatre at Lees McRae College in North Carolina.
Elyse Rosen (Touchstone) is thrilled to be working with Two River Theater. She is a junior in the Freehold Performing Arts Center (FPAC) program at Howell High School. Recent credits include FPAC’s productions of Tartuffe and A Midsummer Night’s Jersey Shore. She has also performed Midsummer Night's Jersey Shore at 2013 Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. Other credits include Marlboro Players production of Oliver, Center School’s productions of The WIZard of OZ and Suessical. She is also part of FPAC’s chorus and has been a member of FPACS A Cappella singing group, Rebelation.
Halle Butler (Musician, Lord) is delighted to be working with Two River Theater. A senior music major at Red Bank Regional High school, Halle has appeared in school productions such as A Midsummer Night’s Dream, As You Like It, and The Little Mermaid. Over the summer, Halle also performed as the 1st Flutist in the orchestra of the charity production of Peter Pan at the Strand Theatre for the Ashley Lauren Foundation. She is a member of concert band and concert choir at Red Bank Regional, as well as inter-county All Shore Band. Halle would like to thank the performing arts directors at her school as well her friends for inspiring her to be more involved in the arts.
Isabel Wallace (Adam) is delighted to return to Two River Theater. Her favorite credits include Time in Mellissa Arctic at Two River Theater, Kayla in Release Point at NJREP, Nancy Gear in The Young and Fair at Stagedoor Manor, and the title role in Cinderella at Markham Place Middle School. She is a freshman at Biotechnology High School, and when not performing, she can be found playing tennis on the RBR team, singing at Musician’s Studio, or in the summers, attending Stagedoor Manor, her new home. Isabel would like to thank her family for supporting her with whatever she pursues and Two River Theater for giving Isabel her start in acting.
Jacqueline Nagle (Charles, Musician) is ecstatic to be involved in such a wonderful show full of very talented people in both the cast and crew. Jacqueline loves every aspect of performing and is not new to the Two River stage! She started acting and singing when she was young by participating in the TRT Young Voices Program in 2011. Since then her favorite performances have included, The Wicked Witch of the West (Oz), singing ensemble (My Fair Lady), and Nora (Brighton Beach Memoirs). Jacqueline loves working backstage almost as much as being on stage, this past fall she was in charge of props for White Christmas with Phoenix Productions. Whether she is modeling, singing, or dancing, Jacqueline hopes to always be doing what she loves, performing. And she is very thankful to her family for always supporting her.
Maura McLaughlin (Silvius) is jubilant to be making her debut with Two River Theater in As You Like It. Her credits include Alice 1 in Alice in Wonderland, Townsperson in The Lady or The Tiger? and Ensemble in Annie Jr.. She looks forward to performing with her peers and hopes you enjoy the play!
Michaela Farrell (Phoebe) is very excited to be making her debut at Two River Theater! Last year Michaela held an internship at Two River with the Metro Scholar program. She goes to Red Bank Catholic High School and is a part of the plays there. Michaela is a member of three improv troupes: RBC's Conversation Starters, Count Basie Teen Improv Troupe, and Improv Comedy Jam. She placed third in the English Speaking Union's Regional Shakespeare Competition and just recently appeared as "Nikki Bottom" in Red Bank Catholic's production of A Midsummer/Jersey. She loves her parents.
Myles Columbo (Jaques) is thrilled to be making his debut at Two River Theater. Favorite credits of his include playing the Caterpillar and the Knight in Alice in Wonderland at Biotechnology High School, and Joly in The Les Amis Vlog Project on YouTube. He loves to learn and hopes to learn a lot from this experience. Having previously stuck mostly with academics, he’s glad to be able to branch out into more creative and artistic outlets. Myles is a transgender man and delighted to be one of the few men cast in this performance.
Patrick Monaghan (Orlando) is a sophomore at Red Bank Regional High School in the Visual and Performing Arts Program. Previous roles include: The Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz; Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid and most recently, Valere in Moliere’s Tartuffe. Patrick would like to thank Jason and Kate for their hard work and wishes the cast and crew good luck.
Raquel Diaz (Celia) is excited to be making her debut with Two River Theater! Raquel has just recently performed as the Officer in Red Bank Regional's performance of Moliere's Tartuffe. Other shows she has been in include A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Little Women. Currently she is a junior Drama major at Red Bank Regional High School.
Sedona Micale (Musician, Lord) is incredibly excited to be part of her first production with the Two River Theater! As the daughter of keyboardist and composer Dusty Micale, she has been professionally involved in the performing arts since the age of 8 as a singer, actress, songwriter, and instrumentalist (23 instruments to date!). Some of her stage experiences include: the Count Basie and State Theaters in NJ, the United Nations, Roseland Ballroom, and Symphony Space in NYC, and the World Cafe Live in PA. Sedona has helped many charities by performing in fund raising concerts, the "Make A Wish Foundation" being most recent. Her vocals appear on several CD's in the UK and US as both a featured artist and backup singer. When she’s not on stage you can find her in the recording studio, or watching BBC’s “Sherlock” and “Doctor Who” with a hot cup of tea in hand.
Sophia Jackman (Duke Frederick) is a sophomore at the Ranney School. She is a member of the Thespian Society and the Tri-M Music Honors Society. She also plays the violin in Ranney’s Honors Orchestra as well as outside of school. Sophia has been involved in multiple plays and musicals, including Our Town, Twelfth Night (Feste), Man of la Mancha, Beauty and the Beast (Madame de la Grande Bouche), and Two River Theater’s Middle School Mysteries (Megan) and Life in the Middle (Daneesha). She is delighted to be a part of Two River’s A Little Shakespeare: As You Like It.
